Magazines

Jody's own initiative, Incognito* Magazine (*obscure reading), first appeared on the shelves of stores around South Africa in May 2005. Issue 02 followed several months later. Unfortunately Incognito* never saw it's third issue in print - not for lack of trying. With lack of support from advertisers, and the lack of resources (financial) to print further issues, the magazine ended at issue 02. All aspects of the design and layout were done by me. I sold advertising, organised the distribution, dealt with marketing and designed the magazine, wrote a few of the articles and did a bit of subbing.

In late 2006 I joined Business in Africa Magazine and was responsible for the design and layout of Business in Africa SADC, EAST and WEST magazines and the Energy in Africa Newsletter.
